Located near Al Majas Park in Sharjah overlooking the spectacular Al Khalid lagoon, apartments at Ali Moosa Tower1 are available on a 99-year lease. Bookings will open from August 15, 2005 and a special launch price of USD 209,810 for one-bedroom flats has been announced by the developers, Ali Moosa and Sons Group.

The building is 85 per cent complete, and the 150-metre tall structure is clearly visible. Glazing and installation of internal fittings have commenced, and electricity should be supplied by mid-November, according to developers Ali Moosa and Sons Group.

”Construction is ahead of schedule, and the 196 apartments of the new development will be ready for possession in March 2006.

Covering more than 650,000 square feet, the 41-floor Ali Moosa Tower 1 will have one, two, three and four-bedroom apartments, a health club, an outdoor swimming pool, a fully-equipped gym, and a five-level car park accommodating over 190 vehicles. Other facilities include a children's play area, a security room, a back entrance and service rooms.
