The company has established a niche position in the waterfront development sector with a major programme of mixed used residential, commercial and leisure projects on the newly created Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. Construction is currently underway on two projects – La Hoya Bay Residence and La Hoya Bay Business Village; with further projects for a marina, luxury hotels and apartments currently in the design stage. In addition, the company provides various support services and products in synergy with its core project development activity.
