Standard Payment Plan: Take advantage of the standard payment plan; simply pay 15% on exchange of contract, 5 further instalments spread approximately 9 months apart, with the final 10% on completion. In addition properties on Aquitainia are protected by the security of Escrow, in line with Dubai property regulations.
