The group currently holds and manages 8 hotels in England and 2 in Portugal. The Crimson Hotel group has now expanded in the Middle-East in a bid to grow its market. So far it has been managing properties in Dubai for the past 4 years and now owns the Chelsea Tower and the Chelsea Hotel in Dubai.
