This G+39 storey tower situated situated in one of the most prestigious locations of the Dubai Marina, incorporates a variety of large sized luxury apartments and duplexes. The tower is elegantly anchored on a podium which includes a shopping arcade streched along the waterfront promenade. A&B were awarded this project after winning a design competition. They are the lead consultants, and are responsible for all project phases from concept design to construction supervision.
