Constructing a tower is the first phase of a long term commitment and commences when the construction is complete, it will last as long as the product life cycle, whilst in actuality it preserves the quality and excellence that has been imbedded into the finished product. Maintenance retains and prolongs the assets value therefore it directly affects investor’s equity.

Delivery on commitments by business entities is the core of all business transactions, without which objectives are not met and investments are eroded. Quality, excellence and maintenance are intensely effective when and if they actually take place on a timely basis. Commitments are the most detrimental factor in making or breaking a business entity, therefore in SABA Properties JLT meeting and delivering on our commitments are the driving forces behind all of our strategies and consequently have the highest priorities in our devising of goals and objectives.

Saba 1 office tower located on plot E3 in a prime location of JLT was our first development, launched in November 2003, it was the first office tower to be launched in JLT.

Plot size is 18,830 sq ft, Total built up area of the tower is 330,000 sq ft., Total office units 170, Office sizes from 1130 sq ft – 9900 sq ft., More than 15,000 sq ft of retail space, Other amenities include health centre comprising of gym, spa, sauna, steam room and 24 hour security.

Construction of Saba 1 office tower commenced in 2004 and was completed on august 16th 2006, moreover saba 1 was the first tower to be delivered from the planned 79 towers in JLT, and benefits from having superior quality materials rarely found in other towers as well as being located in DMCCA free zone area.
