Cambridge Business Centre in Dubai Silicon Oasis launched by Memon Investments: Dubai-centered Memon Investments, the new real estate development arm of the international business conglomerate Memon Group of Companies, has launched the Cambridge Business Centre, Dh80 million real estate project spread over 160,000 sq ft of area in Dubai Silicon Oasis (DSO), the region’s premier integrated innovations hub for high-tech industries. Set to be complete in 2009, the tower has been designed by the award winning architectural and engineering firm, Eng. Adnan Saffarini, and incorporates classic British architecture.
The 10-storey Cambridge Business Centre real estate project in Dubai Silicon Oasis will house 108 small, medium and large offices, each distinguished by a unique blend of contemporary design, whilst also boasting of advanced facilities.
