Reservation Deposit10% of the purchase price, non-refundable, payable at the date of signing the Reservation Contract
First Payment10% of the purchase price within 3 calendar months of date of signing the Reservation Contract by purchaser(s)
Second Payment10% of the purchase price within 6 calendar months of date of signing the Reservation Contract by purchaser(s)
Third Payment10% of the purchase price within 9 calendar months of date of signing the Reservation Contract by purchaser(s)
Fourth Payment10% of the purchase price within 12 calendar months of date of signing the Reservation Contract by purchaser(s)
