Sadaf Sadaf (Arabic for “Seashell”), color code – Purple, is the second out of six JBR clusters, counting from the Dubai side. Overall, it is the most populated cluster, with eight towers and Movenpick hotel. Sadaf 4, Sadaf 5, Sadaf 6 and 7 are on the front line, and Sadaf 1, Sadaf 2, Sadaf 3 (Suha Hotel apartments) and Sadaf 8 are on the Marina side. Towers 1-2 and 6-7 are joined, with one common entrance. Sadaf 7 is one of the few towers in JBR that have duplex apartments. The cluster has the Ritz Carlton hotel on the front, Murjan cluster from one side, Al Fattan towers from the other side, and the Bay Central and a couple more upcoming projects from the Marina side.
Sadaf cluster offers apartments with very good sea and Marina view, however it has the apartments with community view only due to the towers being situated close to each other, creating an enclosed environment. The facilities include several pools for the residents use, Al Maya supermarket, nursery and beauty salons on the plaza level, as well as fashion boutiques, cafes and restaurants on the Walk level. The whole area is very suitable for children due to the large grassy area in the center of the cluster.
Jumeirah Beach Residence Jumeirah Beach Residence is a project by the Dubai Properties Group, with 36 residential towers and several hotels offering more than 6500 apartments,located in the heart of Dubai Marina. Well known for its location on the sea shore and The Walk, it has always attracted large amount of people from different countries – tourists, end users, tenants and investors. Jumeirah Beach Residence is divided into six clusters – Murjan, Sadaf, Bahar, Rimal, Amwaj and Shams, with different views and number of towers. Each cluster has several swimming pools for the residents. A typical JBR tower will offer a selection of studio, 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom apartments (may vary, certain towers may not offer some of the apartment types), with sea, Marina or community/pool view.
