Sadaf Sadaf (Arabic for “Seashell”), color code – Purple, is the second out of six JBR clusters, counting from the Dubai side. Overall, it is the most populated cluster, with eight towers and Movenpick hotel. Sadaf 4, Sadaf 5, Sadaf 6 and 7 are on the front line, and Sadaf 1, Sadaf 2, Sadaf 3 (Suha Hotel apartments) and Sadaf 8 are on the Marina side. Towers 1-2 and 6-7 are joined, with one common entrance. Sadaf 7 is one of the few towers in JBR that have duplex apartments. The cluster has the Ritz Carlton hotel on the front, Murjan cluster from one side, Al Fattan towers from the other side, and the Bay Central and a couple more upcoming projects from the Marina side.
Sadaf cluster offers apartments with very good sea and Marina view, however it has the apartments with community view only due to the towers being situated close to each other, creating an enclosed environment. The facilities include several pools for the residents use, Al Maya supermarket, nursery and beauty salons on the plaza level, as well as fashion boutiques, cafes and restaurants on the Walk level. The whole area is very suitable for children due to the large grassy area in the center of the cluster.
