I have a studio apartment in Eden Garden, Dubai Sport City for sale which I bought in 2006. I have currently paid over 30% (just over 117,000 AED) or around £22,000. The total price is around 368,000 AED including parking.

The property has a fantastic location near the lake and stadiums, opposite the Cube and next to Canal Residence West. It is 497 sq.ft. total area. The developer is Lokhandwala, a very reputable builder and one of the biggest in India. They have already completed other projects in Dubai.

Celebrity apartment owners in Sport City include Manchester United and England Footballer Michael Owen, plus many more.
