Pakistan Islamia School Fujairah (PISF) U.A.E was established in 1982 with less than 35 students and classes in wooden cabins. The school has since then grown tremendously and now with over 402 students and its own school purpose built-building is one of the leading Pakistani Community Schools in the UAE.

PISF is fully equipped with all educational necessities and is overwhelmingly committed to imparting quality education to its students. This commitment backed with a qualified and dedicated staff has been the cornerstone of our success in the recent years and it continues to guide us in to the future. Our school is approved by the Ministry of Education, Dubai and is affiliated with the Federal Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, Islamabad. PISF is also a center for S.S.C.
Curriculum / Programs
Pakistan Islamia School Fujairah is affiliated with the Federal Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, Islamabad and follows its syllabus from class 9 - 12. In the lower classes a solid, well-rounded syllabus has been laid out which is not only confined to textbooks but involves character building activities that will enable our students to be ready for further studies here in the UAE, Pakistan or Abroad.

The medium of instruction at our school is English. Special emphasis is given to the English and Urdu languages, Computer skills and Islamic education at all levels. Arabic is taught as a second language and moral science is available to non-muslim students in lieu of Islamiat.

Terms and Vacations
The school academic year is from April to March and is divided in to three terms. The first, second and third terms are from April to June, September to December and January to March respectively. Summer holidays are in July and August and winter holidays which last for about 3 weeks normally start after the second week of December. The school also observes all holidays notified by the Ministry of Education Dubai.

Examination
For classes KG1 - III monthly exams plus three terminal exams are conducted in the class under the class teacher's observation. Records of all the exams are maintained and the parents are notified of child's progress at the end of each term.

For Classes IV - XII
A comprehensive and continuous examination system has been developed to strictly monitor student's behavior on a regular basis. Two exams are held every week in the examination hall under the supervision of the Examination Controller and senior staff members. The exams for the senior classes (VIII to XII) are prepared keeping in mind the board pattern so that our students can get valuable practice for the board examinations. Weekly results are sent to the parents to help them stay up-to-date with their child's progress. Three terminal exams are also held for these classes after the end of each term.
