The Academy combines knowledge from various industry sectors into competency based programme that are based on certified training and educational principles.

The Academy is associated with the reputed Edith Cowan University of Western Australia and is linked to Jordan Centre for Aviation Security & Safety (JCASS) which in turn is affiliated to ICAO, International Civil Aviation Organization. The syllabus on aviation security that is run by the Academy has been certified by the General Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA) to have met the requirements outlined in ICAO Annex 17 and also Doc 8973 for safeguarding of International Civil Aviation.

Students who complete programmes at The Academy may qualify for credits in comparable institutions internationally. All students of The Academy receive certificates marked with the international affiliations.
