Curriculum / Programs
All courses can be customized. As per client’s specific requirements, courses duration, contents, pitch, focus, inclusion of company/industry specific case studies, role plays and simulation exercises can be tailor made. Specifics and examples of role plays etc supplied by client; Proper and appropriate background information about the client provided by them; Consultation time and time for mobilization depending on scope.

We can also undertake pre-course evaluation/assessment interviews of staff to gauge knowledge and level of each individual prior to creating course batches. To run such courses, we would require a minimum of 8 delegates. These sessions can be conducted at our premises, clients’ premises or an external venue.

We have recently introduced an ELM way of learning – Effective Learning Model. This model enables us to ensure and measure the effectiveness of the training. This consists of a range of pre and post course activities: assessments of the delegates, line managers/supervisors involvement as well as assignments and action plans. Certificates will be issued to acknowledge attendance at the end of each course, but we are also introducing implementation certification which will only be awarded on merit and performance, measured or assessed in one month intervals over three months post training.

The ELM Programme Therefore Consist Of:

Pre-course activities such as visits by the instructor to the various outlets, pre-course assessments and test, interviews with delegates, interaction with line managers, agreement of Key Measuring and Performance Indicators etc. Activities during the course such as self assessments, discussions, role plays, presentations, case studies, standard of performance agreements and action plans for implementation post training. Post course activities such as follow-up visits to outlets, effectiveness evaluation by instructors, trainees and line managers, assessments, testing implementation of action plans, etc.

It Related Courses:

For Information Technology Courses (IT), pre-course assessments are carried out by our IT Trainer who in turn visits the client’s premises and on a one-to-one basis assesses each individual. This assessment can be done verbally or on the Computer and most of the times is done together. On ascertaining the levels of each employee then batches are created to ensure the pitch is correct and then the course is customized to the individual batches keeping in mind the job roles and profiles. Your investment in such a programme is dependent on the number of delegates as well as required depth of effectiveness evaluation and assessment.
