Administration area, food services (cafeterias) and gymnasiums, the home economics, computer, physics, chemistry and electronics labs are fully-equipped, separate labs serve the boys and girls sections, the grounds are spacious and attractively landscaped with numerous courtyards and gathering areas, outdoor soccer, tennis and swimming facilities are provided, libraries are located in the girls, boys and KG sections; two clinics are also located in the boys and girls sections.

The American Syllabus

The “High School Diploma” is awarded to the student upon successfully completing Grade 12. A student’s High School diploma may be equalized to Al Thanaweiah Al Ameh (National Secondary Certificate) if that student has passed the examinations required by United Arab Emirates for Arabic and Islamic Education, in addition to completing successfully the TOEFL Test with a minimum score of (500) or (171) computer based and the SAT1 for Mathematics Sections with a minimum score of (400).

Graduates of Dubai National School are accepted in Arab and Foreign Universities. Candidates have to successfully pass a written aptitude test and undergo an interview with the principal or his assistants. The test will include Arabic, English and Mathematics. Students applying for the High School must successfully pass additional tests that include Physics, Chemistry and Biology. Candidates will be accepted only upon presentation of attested certificates or transfer certificates from the Ministry of Education.
