Dubai First School boasts a range of facilities and services for its students, which are also constantly expanding. Some of them are Science Labs Labs (separate Physics, Chemistry and Biology labs, Library for English and Arabic books, A Gymnasium for physical education, A Computer lab, A Canteen which provides healthy snacks for students, A Clinic supervised by a general doctor and a full time nurse, Safety/Security Measures. To provide safety and security the school ensures the following facilities like the presence of security guards at the front gates. The identity of visitors should be known. Students are not allowed to leave the school premises without the school Principal's permission.

Teachers are on duty to monitor the students at all times. Annual fire drills are conducted. A team from the Civil Defense gives presentations to the students on an annual basis. In medical facilities the school maintains a medical record on every student, conducts a primary check-up for all students, gives required vaccinations and conducts follow-up examinations under the supervision of the Ministry of Health, Administers medication to students where necessary, Does not allow students to bring medicine to school unless accompanied with a recommendation letter from the parents, which should include details about the child's condition, Transports the student to hospital in the case of serious illness/injury, after informing the parent/guardian.

In line with the regulations stipulated by the Ministry of Education, the following Arabic subjects are taught as an integral part of the school's curriculum Arabic Language, Islamic Education, Social Studies, History, Geography and Civics. The school follows the American curriculum for subjects that are taught in English which are English Language, Mathematics, Science, Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Computer Science. To obtain the Ministry High School Certificate, students should pass all subjects in Grade 10, 11, and 12, excluding Arabic and Islamic Studies, with a minimum of 60%.

Students should pass Arabic and Islamic Studies with a minimum of 50%. To obtain Dubai First School's High School Diploma, students must satisfy the above conditions, in addition to passing the SAT Math with a score of not less than 400 points and TOEFL with a score of not less than 500 points in the paper test and 173 in the computer test. The school arranges additional training courses held on the premises, by a professional organization to coach students for SAT and TOEFL examinations.
