Super Kids Nursery (SKN) has a unique distinctive approach to educating and caring. Children should be provided with care that supports and extends knowledge, skills, understanding and confidence. It should help them to overcome any disadvantage. They offer a balance of academic, artistic and practical activities so your child can develop rapidly during the early years – physically, intellectually, emotionally and socially. They value the close involvement of parents and work hard to develop a strong relationship with the family of their students.
To prepare the child for formal learning by providing a stimulating and fun environment To recognize that each child is a unique individual who learns at his own pace and his own way (to respect individuality) To encourage total involvement and active participation on the part of the child To use art as language of communication and expression To provide hands-on tactile activities to develop sense of exploration, observation, imagination and discussion. SKN has a warm, home-like atmosphere. Much thought and expertise has gone into creating a beautiful, safe environment in which your child can feel secure.
There are 5 class rooms, all brightly decorated and fully equipped. Children are placed in classes according to their age. The outdoor play area is equipped with playhouses, slides, bicycles, water-play area etc. The indoor activity room has a playhouse and other equipment, designed for children of nursery age. Your children are under the supervision of trained, caring, friendly and dedicated staff and multilingual class assistants at all times. They have a full time nurse and a doctor visits twice a month. Their learning programs are planned following the British Foundation Curriculum - six areas of development, namely; Social, Emotional, Physical and Creative development, Along with focus on Language and Mathematical development and Knowledge of Environment.
Facilities
Super Kids Nursery aim for a healthy and child friendly balanced menu that includes fresh fruit, bread, yogurt, milk, veggies and cheese (fiber, calcium and various vitamins needed for growing children). They have avoided canned food, red meat, fish, nuggets or sausages. Parents are welcomed to give a small snack or juice if they like. If your child is allergic or restricted to any of the above mentioned food or you are not comfortable with the menu, parents are requested to send in something for their child. This is a standard menu; any changes to the menu will be advised to the parents accordingly. There are additional charges for any extra hours used in the mornings or afternoons @ AED 25/- per hour, to be paid before month ending All fees are to be paid in advance 2 weeks before the new term begins.Please retain your receipts for future reference. SKN will not be liable for any shortfall Tuition fees include all activities and medical charges, morning snacks and lunch (conditions apply). Fees are revised at the beginning of the new academic year in September. If your child joins in the middle of the term, the fees will be adjusted accordingly. There will be NO REFUND of fees for any absence, sick time, and holidays or for any other reason within the current term. NO REFUND of fees or deposit will be given if a child leaves before term ends. The deposit will be refunded if 1 month’s written notice is given. If a child leaves without written notice, the deposit is forfeit. In the case of re location, regrets that they are unable to refund the current terms of fees. A re-registration fee will be charged if your child returns to the nursery school after a missed term or long break.
