The Osteopathic Health Centre - (Health Centre)

The Osteopathic Health Centre is the culmination of many years of working with exercise and osteopathic treatment, to combine several disciplines to create a system of self-help and support to people who are suffering from pain. We have found that treatment of pain is incomplete without giving the patient the necessary information on how they can help themselves.

We aim to increase the patient’s awareness of how they can avoid future episodes of pain, by using preventative techniques, correct posture and good ergonomics in the workplace. The Osteopathic Health Centre in Dubai was started by Malcolm Gregory and Nargis Raza, two people committed to the well-being of people in pain.
