Sheikh Rashid Pakistan School - (Private)

This school started its first batch in April 1995 after construction of its own beautiful building designed specially on Islamic architecture. The first intake of students was from kindergarten grade to 10th class in two shifts i.e. Morning Shift for girl students with boys up to class IV only and Afternoon Shift for boy students only from class V to X. This school was established with the collective efforts of Pakistani community under the direct supervision of Pakistan Consulate, Dubai. This splendid building was constructed in record time of six months, a commendable achievement for any institution in the UAE.

This institution is built over 240,000 Sq. Ft. of land donated by the Dubai government. The opening ceremony was graced by Sheikh Hasher Al Maktoum, Director of Information, Dubai as chief guest. Among other dignitaries present on this occasion were Mr. Azmat Ghayur, Consul General of Pakistan, Dubai, Mr. Ismail Muhammed Ismail, Director Private Education Department, some senior Pakistan Consulate officials, diplomats from other Consulates, office bearers of various Pakistani expatriate organizations and other community leaders.
Curriculum / Programs
The school improved its Board Results as compared to previous years of all board classes i.e. 10th, 11th, & 12th. Miss Rabia Kamal of this institution (Class 10th-General Group) was awarded Merit Scholarship by the Federal Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, Islamabad in Annual Examination 2001. The school participated in Dubai Shopping Festival and represented Pakistan. The Ministry of Education, Dubai gave individual prizes to the participants and a Trophy and Certificate to the school for its best performance. Our under 13 Cricket Team won Cricket Tournament for the year 2002 which was held under Emirates Cricket Training , Dubai Cricket Council, Dubai. aOur under 14 Cricket Team remained Runner Up in the Cricket Tournament held under supervision of Emirates Cricket Training , Dubai.
