Student Mission:
The responsibility of Repton Dubai is to prepare all its students for adulthood through the pursuit of the highest standards in academic studies and all the other varied activities that comprise student life in a boarding environment. In achieving this mission, the realization of every student's academic potential is always central, while acknowledging that the building of responsibility, consideration for others and self esteem, so vital in adulthood, comes equally from participation in sport, music, drama, art and other extra curricular activities.

Repton Dubai will offer an academic curriculum closely based on the models of excellence provided by Repton UK, and its preparatory school, Foremarke Hall, for students aged three to eighteen years old. The heart of the Repton Dubai academic programmes will be the English national curriculum, but they will also reflect local culture and other educational influences from abroad, where the content and methodologies can enhance the quality of learning at the school.The class sizes will be determined by the need to reach the highest standards of development for each individual student. The direct medium of instruction will be English, but the study of Arabic, in addition to fluency in other languages, alongside an appreciation of related social and cultural issues, will be key elements in the Repton Dubai academic programmes. Other strengths of the school will be our determination to keep abreast of the latest developments in the teaching of Information Technology, and our awareness of the link between education and the world of careers that lies beyond Repton Arch.
To enable us to achieve these goals, high-quality staff will be recruited from Britain and beyond, and accommodated on the Repton Dubai campus. This immediacy of staff will bring even more substance to our pastoral and extra-curricular programmes.
