Facilities
With its strategic location at the Al Ain International Airport, the academy offers the best in Pilot Training facilities. Sitting on over 3000 Sq.M the main block houses the administration offices as well as the rotary division. The academy’s Flight Training facilities are co-located within the Horizon campus area and the dispersal consists of 9 helipads which are adjacent to the Al Ain International Airport runway threshold while the fixed wing division is located at the recently constructed hangar.

The academy was also chosen by Cessna to be an authorized service Centre and a centre for Cessna Pilot Training program and has received the GCAA Approval as a Maintenance Organization. With the support of the Engineering department the fleet is well maintained which has greatly facilitated the eliminating of aircraft downtime.

Already equipped with a helicopter flight simulator, plans are in the pipeline for the purchase of a fixed wing flight training devices designed to offer high fidelity simulation to aide in instruction. The simulator will have high resolution visual systems, Electric Control Loading, Digital Sound, Motion Systems, EFIS, FMS, state of the art instructor stations and will be completely manageable from within the Virtual Cockpit, adding to the immersion effect.
