Curriculum / Programs
Our curriculum emphasizes the importance of language, critical thinking (through guidance lessons, mathematics and science), logic (through formal Mathematics) and Information Technology.KG students are introduced to Information Technology as early as the age of three, using the best available student-oriented software. Primary and senior students are taught web programming and design and they will become skilful at using software packages.
MADAR follows an international curriculum that leads to IGCSE, GCSE, GCE O and A levels, Advanced Placement, TOEFL and SAT examinations.
All subjects are taught in English except for Arabic, Arabic Social Studies and Islamic Studies, which are taught only to Arabs in accordance with the regulations and curricula of The UAE Ministry of Education.
MADAR prepares detailed pacing charts and notes that complement courses and guide teachers. The curricula and the textbooks are supplemented by school prepared literature.
