To complement classroom training, all the children get opportunities to any or all of the following: Sports Activities and Competitions, Natural Environment Training (Field and community trips and Musical and cultural presentations).Curriculum / Programs
IndividualizedThe curriculum is designed to meet specific learning needs of the student. At the start of every year; parents, teachers and specialists meet and decide on a child’s Individualized Education Plan. Learning Objectives are based on the child’s level of performance.
Multidisciplinary
Teachers make use of a variety of techniques to aid teaching and learning.
Multi-Sensory
Different teaching styles are employed so that students use all the learning pathways – seeing, hearing, touching, feeling and even smelling, as well as aesthetic.
Medium of Instruction
The school uses English as medium of instruction for most of the classes. Special classes in Arabic are also conducted for students upon request.
Systematic and Sequential
The materials and content of lessons are organized in a logical way; it moves step-by-step from the simplest to the most complex, not progressing to a more complicated skill until the underlying skill is mastered.
Integration to Mainstream
The Future Centre prepares the more able students to join mainstream schools. The centre arranges for either a partial or full integration with other private or public institutions for students who have shown readiness for it.
