Our Philosophy
At Jigsaw, we believe that physical, intellectual, creative and social development are all equally important. Jigsaw staff are committed to empowering each child to reach their full potential in all these areas whilst nurturing their sense of self- worth and love of life. This takes place in a secure, lively and stimulating environment which promotes independent learning, awareness of self and others and a sense of achievement built on the child's own natural curiosity.

The three outside areas, the pretend-play room, library and gym ensure that the children experience a variety of different environments during the nursery day.
Curriculum / Programs
Our curriculum is based on the British model for early childhood education. We aim to encourage the development of children who are strong and healthy, skilful communicators and competent learners. We believe that young children learn best through play and hands on experience. Our teachers work together to produce a curriculum which encourages a high level of participation and self-direction by the children whilst focusing on a variety of basic skills and concepts . Our curriculum covers personal, social, physical and emotional development as well as nurturing the children's creativity. The nursery day also incorporates plenty of rest times and opportunities for free play.All children will receive weekly music lessons from a specialist teacher and the 3 to 4 year olds will receive Arabic classes.
