Abu Dhabi Indian School - (Private)

The Abu Dhabi Indian School started functioning from the Indian Social Centre premises in the year 1975. As the strength increased, the need for new premises was acutely felt H. H. Shaikh Zayed Bin Sultan Al Nahyan, the President of U.A.E was approached and he generously gifted a plot of land, measuring 175mx 150m, situated at Shabia Muroor, New Airport Road, to the Indian Ambassador for an Educational Institution for the children of Indian Community. The school shifted to the new premises in the year 1980. The school has been functioning effectively for the past 25 years and has distinguished itself in various areas. Our students have distinguished themselves in various fields and are well placed in life not only in India, but in different parts of the world.
