The Al Khawarizmi Diploma in Computer Studies was the first diploma programme to be offered in the UAE in 1986. It was first offered in association with the Institute of Data Processing Management (IDPM) - London. In 1991 we started to offer the programme in association with and under full supervision from Liverpool John Moores University - UK. Liverpool JM University is a world-class British state university that is recognized worldwide.
The programme is still the most successful in the UAE. Graduates from the course are now working at oil companies, financial institutions, private companies, and government departments. Al Khawarizmi International College was one of the first colleges to receive an initial approval from the Ministry of Higher Education & Scientific Research in the UAE in June 2000. Our program is now fully accredited by the M.O.H.E. under the decree 72/2003 signed by H.E. Sheikh Nihayan Bin Mubarak Al-Nahyan, the Minster of Higher Education & Scientific Research.
The Al Khawarizmi International College is the most prestigious in the country; it was the first College to be licensed from the Ministry of Education in 1985. The centre utilizes some of the country's best instructors, the latest computer equipment, and the most up-to-date training material and equipment. Al Khawarizmi has provided training to thousands of individuals (more than 35,000) and all major oil companies, financial institutions and government departments. Al Khawarizmi is a Microsoft Certified Solutions Provider, Microsoft Office User Specialist MOUS test centre, an Oracle Education Partner, and an AutoCAD Authorized Training Centre.
Our recruitment section was established in 1996. It helps our students as well as other IT professionals find suitable jobs in oil companies, financial institutions, IT companies, and other private and government establishments. Al Khawarizmi is a unique college, our faculty members are IT engineers and programmers with proven industrial experience and posses excellent communications skills. We keep our staff in touch with industry by asking them to work in our IT services sister company from time to time. That's why our courses are career oriented and practical in nature.

Al Khawarizmi International College is the largest private College in the UAE comprising more than 30 training labs, 600 computers, Windows and UNIX servers, Dedicated Internet line enabling all PCs to have access to the Internet, and more than 40 full time instructors at each campus.Curriculum / Programs
We take pride in all aspects of the course quality. Our instructors are graduates with proven industrial experience, certified by Oracle, Microsoft, CIW, and AutoCAD ... etc. posses excellent instruction skills. Our course material is either tailor made to suit our clients' needs or the best official course material from Oracle, Microsoft, and AutoCAD ... etc. Al Khawarizmi is conveniently located at the centre of Abu Dhabi and Al Ain in a pleasant modern accommodation with plenty of parking space. The participant attends with a group of 5 to 10 persons.

The fees include leather folder, note pad, pen ,diskette and refreshments.
Certificates attested by the Ministry of Education will be issued at the end of the course.
