1. Closed space with insulation needed is approx 600 sqm

2. Shaded Parking spaces around 1700 sqm

3. Warehousing space 1200sqm

The total requirement is about 5000sqm , however we will prefer a space which is not close to any chemical or hazardous material storage areas.
