Advertising on Bayut is easy, reasonably priced and it works wonders. Basic listings are free for all users, while you can buy featured listings for a nominal fee. There are other advertising options available such as banner advertising and details about each option are available at advertising section of the site which can be reached by visiting the advertising page:

New banner ad campaigns can also be created from within the member’s area by visiting the “Advertisement” tab.

You can make payments by using your credit/debit cards via PayPal or 2Checkout. Alternatively you can also deposit cash or wire/transfer the funds directly into our bank account. Wiring instructions and bank account details are available on the payment page.


You can make changes to your account details by visiting the “Profile” section. You are allowed to change your password, profile, user roles (you would need to contact us if you had registered on Bayut as an agent or developer and want to change this role) and agent profile (for the members registered as agents).
You can also modify and update your profile and contact information in all previous property listings by checking the box “Update details in all property listings”.


Banner ad campaigns can be created by visiting the advertising section located at the following URL:
http://www.bayut.com/advertise/index.html or from the “Create New Ad Campaign” section located under the “Advertisement” tab in the member’s area. The procedure for creating new ads is as follows.
First step is to choose your banner type (fixed monthly cost or impression based pricing), then click on “continue” button and choose your audience (sections or locations where your ad will be displayed, note that this is not needed if you have opted for fixed monthly cost option as your banner will be displayed with unlimited impressions in all the areas of the site). Next step is to upload the image that would be used as your banner, and set the destination URL (webpage where the visitor will be directed when they click on your banner). After doing this, click on continue button and set the budget in US$ for your new ad campaign. Click on “submit” and you will be directed to a payment page, where you can make payment using your credit/debit card or via Paypal. Our editorial team will review your ad details and your campaign will be activated accordingly.
Note: You can set your Bayut listings or contact page as the destination URL if you do not have a personal website. We can also create banners for you for a minimal cost, please contact us should you require this service.


As an approved agent on Bayut.com, you can add and manage all of your agency staff, teams, clients and leads effortlessly with the help of various management tools available at your control panel under the “Agency Staff” tab. You can add new users and allocate different rights and privileges to each of them. These users can log in (as your agency staff) from their different logins and perform the tasks assigned by you e.g. contacting clients, managing leads and sales, etc.


To add a new user, go to the “Agency Staff” section and select “Add new user” from the side menu. Fill out the necessary details and press the “Create User” button. A new user will be added into your agency staff list.


There are six types of banner ad campaign statuses.

Campaign is approved and is running actively. |
| Pending: |
Campaign has been submitted and is pending approval. |
| Edited: |
You have made changes that require approval from our staff before they are applied. |
| Expired: |
A campaign expires and becomes inactive after the date of expiry set by the user has passed (unless the user chooses to extend it by adding more funds) |
| Deleted: |
Campaign has been deleted by you. |
| Rejected: |
Campaign has been rejected. We will disclose the reasons for rejection so that you can make the required changes and resubmit the ad campaign. |


Teams are a number of your agency staff working as a group to perform particular tasks assigned by you as the agency owner or team administrator. As an example if you have a total of 10 users listed as your agency staff, you can divide them in two different teams such as sales and rentals team consisting of 5 members each. You can allocate staff to these teams according to their qualifications, experience or credentials, where each of these teams will be responsible for their specific tasks related to listings, follow-ups and inquiries etc on Bayut.com.


By visiting the “Top Performer Stats” section within the “Stats & Accounts” tab you can draw a handy comparison between yourself and the top performing member at Bayut. Comparison reports can be generated for different time periods by using the date range feature.
Various statistics are compared with the top performer including the following: total number of listings, total listing views, total e-mail inquiries received and total contact detail views. If you have an active agency profile then your agency profile views and e-mail inquiries received from the agency profile page are also compared with the top performing agency. These comparisons can help you to understand how other members and agencies are benefiting from Bayut and whether or not you need to put in more efforts to maximize the true potential of Bayut.
