I would like to replace my small window to the bigger one and to put accesses door from the bedroom to the balcony at my own apartment in Greece cluster IC 1.

Anyone knows what is the procedure?

Hi,

Unfortunately its a lengthy procedure and I would strongly recommend seeking professional help in this matter through a lawyer. However in my opinion this is what you need to do.

You would need to discuss this with your developer and get permission for structural changes. I know this for a fact that any changes need to be approved by Municipality as they should comply with the safety, fire & hazard standards.

I believe your best bet would be to get in touch with the developer and take it further from there.

Zeeshan

I think you need to discuss this matter first with your landlord, unless you own the apartment.

Yes. As Zeeshan said" I believe your best bet would be to get in touch with the developer and take it further from there.
" and he can guide you with the rest to proceed. As I think if the developer did not approve that, every thing will stop!

As you want to make changes in original building construction, so contacting the developer is more reasonable option as also mentioned by all contributors. If the developer feels that your changes in construction would be a nice option, then he will allow you. Otherwise you have to accept the same apartment.

Thanks
