The price per sq ft varies greatly in princess tower i.e. from 1000 AED / Sq. Ft. to 1900 AED / Sq. Ft. depending upon a number of factors such apartment condition, quality, view and so on. For an exact price estimation of your apartment, you must contact property agent.
You can find number of interior decorating companies online or you can get recommendation from your friends and relatives to approach the best one.
