Hi Thomas,

Your budget is quite good to take one bedroom apartment on rent in Abu Dubai. Kindly check the link of one bedroom flats in Abu Dhbai according to your specifications available at Bayut . You can ask the property agents and owners directly to guide you regarding the number of cheques they are ready to accept.

Moreover, rents and sales prices in Abu Dhbai are still falling and you can expect rents to go down further. But when the property is still coming in your budget why to wait?

If you have anything else to ask, please feel free to ask anytime!
