HI, I have 1 bedroom APT in Park towers DIFC., its not furnished apart from Kitchen appliances and I would like to know what kind of rental income I am looking at? Can you get back to me please

Hi Ali,

Welcome back to Bayut. As per my information, the rental amount of 1 bedroom apartment varies from AED75,000 to AED100,000 plus. If a property agent has shown you this apartment for buy to let purpose then he must be giving you a ballpark range as well. I would advise you to counter check the rental amounts and closing price of apartment as well with experts.
