Hi there, today I have seen that your webpage is asking for proof of ownership. What document is required?
My property is in final stage and I wait daily for handover.

Hi Eberhard,

Its a new requirement on Bayut that every owner must show the proof of ownership in order to list his property. The proof of ownership can be the title deed of the property transferred in your name. It can also be the first page of the contract between you and the developer showing that you are the potential owner of the property.

Kindly scan any of the document and submit it to Bayut. If you have anything else to ask, please feel free to ask anytime!
