Hi Ali,

Welcome again to Bayut.

Once again, I would say that investment depends upon your budget. Seeing your previous budget, I would not suggest you to go for 'The Greens' as compared to Park Towers, DIFC. However, once again i want to add that there are several better investment options in Dubai than these areas. You must go for that.

However, for your convenience, I am providing you popularity index or you can say rental trend of different residential areas in Dubai, so it would be easy for you to counter check and decide what to do.

Rental Trends in Dubai

All the best.

Regards,
Arub!
