I own a free-hold property in Dubai which is rented for an on-going busines. I want to give notice to the tenant to vacate the premises at the expiry of present rental agreement. Howmany months before, should I issue such notice to vacate?

Hi Shao,

If the landlord wants the tenant to vacate the property at the end of lease or rental agreement then he would need to give 3 months written notice to the tenant while describing the valid reasons for not renewing the agreement.
