When a non-resident invests in the UAE Property (including Abu Dhabi) worth more than AED one million, he is granted multiple entry visa for 3 years. Previously the non-resident was granted this visa for six months but during June 2011, the government of UAE extended this visa offer from six months to three years to attract foreign investment in its real estate sector.
Moreover, this multiple entry visa is valid for six months after which non-resident is required to renew it.
