Hi I have a 1 bed property that I would like to sell in the Marina Pinnacle, it is property 3011 it has full marina views and part palm views, could you please give me an indication of the sale price and if this is something that would sell in the current climate?

Hi,

The price of the property varies according to the size of the apartment. You haven't mentioned the square footage area of the apartment.

Roughly the price should be between AED 700K - AED 800K

Dubai Marina is the most sought after and desired destinations in Dubai and if you have a property in Marina Pinnacle, I would suggest you to hold it off and wait for the prices to further go up. Dubai real estate has set its track towards the path of recovery and soon the prices would bounce back.

Since the demand of Dubai Marina properties is all time high, you can sell your apartment easily in the current situation. According to my knowledge, you can expect a sale price of one bedroom apartment in Marina Pinnacle ranging between 625,000 to 850,000 AED. You can enlist your property as 'Hot' on Bayut to sell it quickly.

Hi,

As mentioned by Mr. Zeeshan and Miss Madiha, you can expect sale price of your studio between AED 650,000 to AED 800,000. Rest I can say if you market your property well, you can sell your property easily and currently, Dubai real estate is on path of recovery as expats and investors coming back to this region.

Rest I would advise you to enlist your property to any agent from 'Agents' section so that he can further proceed the process to advertise your property and get buyers for it. You can also enlist your property at Bayut to get huge exposure.
