I am looking at buy a 1 b/r duplex in liberty house which is being quoted at 1.1 million AED for about 800 sq ft area.
any one has any experience with this building, especially the 1 br duplex?
Next option i have is the index tower or park towers by damac which are higher than liberty in price but are they safer investments in the long run?

Hi tiki,

No doubt the whole dubai is emerging as a 'safe haven' for realty investment. All the popular towers in difc are good from investment point of view. However, i would rank your three interested areas according to my priority for real estate investment as follows:

1)park towers
2)index towers
3)liberty house

You must invest in park towers as it makes the most popular and sought-after tower for property investment in difc. This is because its property is expected to offer highest returns in near future compared to other property in difc. This is why park tower property is expensive but the extra cost you pay will pay you off.
