Hi,

Good day to you. I am from Lebanon. I was wondering if it is possible to lease a house in Dubai. I do not currently live in Dubai. However, I am interested in moving to Dubai.

I would like to know if it is possible for me to lease a house in Dubai and what the requirements are. What is the average leasing period?

Hi George,

As far as I know, you can lease a house in Dubai if you intend to shift there in the near future. You must contact few agents through 'Agents' section to guide you in this matter.

The average leasing period in Dubai is one year. If you have anything else to ask, please feel free to ask anytime!

Hi George,

Leasing or renting out a property in dubai is not a problem at all. You can go for long-term (1year) contract or a short-term rental depending on your needs.
