Can any one tell me the Maintenance charges of JVT for Townhouses and villas

Hi Waseem,

The maintenance charges vary with the price of property in Dubai. They are normally charges as a fixed percentage of the price of property. As far as I know, you can expect maintenance charges ranging between AED 8000 to AED 20,000 for villas and townhouses in Dubai. To know the exact range, you can ask others as well.

Hi,

I believe you are roughly looking at AEd 1.5 to AED 2.5 per Sq.ft of the plot size.

Roughly your charge is going to be around AED 10,000 per annum.
