I bought one bedroom apt at queue point for 640000/-. Not able to continue paying instalments. Any ideas how much i can sell it faster? Does anyone know any good agent?

Hi,

You can list your property on Bayut free off cost and contact a few agents from the agents section.

Your best bet would be to list the property slightly below the ongoing market rate.

You have not mentioned where your property is located. Can't recommend you whats the going rate for your property.

Dear Yakub Baluch,
You may contact any agent listed in Bayut's gaents section. Contact details are provided along with their listings. I am sure you will get a response from any agent from there.

Thank You,

Hi again,

There are quite a few buildings in Dubailand and hence giving the market rate of your apartment is difficult without knowing the building name.

As of April 2011 you can get a one bed apartment in Dubailand anywhere from AED 400K to AED 700K.
