Hi Zulekha,

Al-Ain is the 2nd largest city of Abu Dhabi. Though after 2008, Al-Ain property prices and rents have also fallen but still its real estate sector offers better prospects to the realtors as compared to the other real estates int he UAE . This is because the city still holds its charm as the green city in the entire region.

Its government does not allow rapid developments in the city so the problem of oversupply in this area always remained at its lowest. Moreover, the better climate of Ail Ain even during summers has always lured the investors to buy properties in this region. The better demand and the less oversupply has protected its real estate sector to collapse.

Hi,

Madiha has answers the question very nicely.

Al Ain never saw quick, rapid and artificial increments in property value and as a result the prices have remained stable.
