The two basic things you need to become a real estate agent in Dubai are:
1) Familiarity with Dubai property laws
2) License
The license which you require to operate in Dubai as a real estate agent is issued by RERA. Different types of licenses are available for different types of services and you should take the one that is according to the nature of the services you are going to provide. Different types of licenses include Sale and purchase license, Leasing license, Property consultant license and Mortgage license etc. To apply for the license, you should contact RERA directly.
