Hi,

You can list your property for free on Bayut.com and generate potential leads. Furthermore you can also contact any one of the many agents listed on the site and they will further handle your property, advertise it on various mediums and eventually put it away on rent.

As per my knowledge the legal tenancy contract according to the law should be of one year and any contracts longer than this period might not have a legal standing. Furthermore there is a notice period for evacuation in the contract and if your tenant has issued a notice to vacate the property then I am sorry there is not much you can do about this issue.

Rentals have gone down substantially in the last year so be prepared to expect a lower rate this time around but if you handover your property to two or three different agents then you will stand a better chance of getting the maximum possible rent from your property.

Hope this helps.

Hmm, you should try to contact some Real Estate Agency in Dubai. There are quite a few in the Agents section on bayut.com.

These agencies should be up to date with their RERA laws and they should be able to advise if the tenant can legally vacate or not.

Hi Ali,

They signed contract, you have right ... (I am agent myself and would recommend you some procedure).

Send me your details and I will give you a call - it is easy to rent your apartment but this should be done only after you finalize current issues (why to loose those money you should get?)
