To market your offices, I would suggest you to enlist your property at Bayut. Among 'Basic Listing' and 'Hot Listing', I would recommend you to choose 'Hot Listing' since it gives 400 times more exposure to the property than 'Basic listings'. 'Basic Listing' is free and for 'Hot Listing' you will have to pay some charges but these charges are worth the investment.

HORIZON TOWER "D", AJMAN, COMMERCIAL OFFICE # 1804, AREA 1,239 SQ.FT. AND OFFICE # 1805, AREA 1,297 SQ.FT. NORTH EASTERLY ASPECT, WITH SEA VIEW. OFFICES ARE ADJACENT TO EACH OTHER & CAN BE USED AS ONE BIG OFFICE OR TWO SEPARATE OFFICES. THEY ARE BRAND NEW OFFICES NEVER BEEN USED.

The Customer Support Team will surely update your properties soon. However, you will have to confirm the asking price so that they can upload your offices at the same rate. I cannot help you out in deciding asking price as i have not come across rental price of any office property located in Horizon Tower D, Ajman.
I would suggest you to contact few agents to get a rough estimate of rental amounts for your offices or you can leave it at Customer Support Team to put up an asking price on Bayut, while leaving the negotiation margin.
