Dear Zeeshan,
Thanks for your quick response, but I'm not a GCC national, I'm a GCC resident, Arabian Nationality living in GCC since a very long time.

Hi Tarek,

All foreigners in the world can buy property in freehold areas of UAE. I would like to mention here that in Sharjah there are no freehold areas but government has plans to open some of its areas to foreigners for property investment in future.

Currently, you can only buy property in any of the freehold areas in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Since the price of property in UAE is low, buying property here now and selling it in future at high price can give you high capital gains.

If you want to ask anything else, please feel free to ask anytime.

Regards,
Madiha
