Which one of the following results in greater return on investment in Dubai and why? Investing in villas, investing in apartments or investing in plots?

I think all are profitable but each has a different time line to get you the yield.

Plots have the lengthiest time line with a lot of investment.

Second come the villas as owning a villa without being able to rent it out in time is also not a very comfortable situation to be in.

Apartments are the most lucrative short term investments in the foreseeable future in my opinion.

Match your investment term, risk and return preferences with the available options and you are able to decide on which side to go.
