International City is not located too far outside the city, its near Ras Al Khor Industrial Area and located on Emirates Road. Almost all major highways including 611, 44 and 311 passes from the surroundings of international city.

The listing owner has specified the property as Freehold, however I would be dubious about it. I am not sure if you are able to purchase a freehold property in Sharjah. So either the property is not in Sharjah or there are some exceptions which I am not aware of.
