If you don't have cashflow issues then you should wait it our for at least one more year, preferably two. Prices are definitely going to rise in the next 12 months.
Most real estate investors advise on holding properties for 7 years. I feel the UAE market is at par with international markets now - the ever rising trends of yesterday are gone.
If you can, try holding on to the property for a little while
