I recently read in a report that the prices in Dubai for medium and low-quality residential units will drop further in the first quarter of 2011 due to the surge in demand of high quality residential units in Dubai. Do you agree with the report?
If yes, then what can the owners of such medium and low-quality residential units do to sell their properties on higher rates?
Financial slump has struck all over the world. The resources and facilities provided among the property or apartment are the main feature for high prices but now as the property demand is more inclined towards 4 to 5 bedroom units; such low quality residential units are losing their worth. What owners of such units could do is improve the quality of the properties, put in some extra facilities for the investors to think about investing in such units.
