Can anyone tell me which real estate in the world envies Dubai real estate in terms of luxury, freedom, tax, enjoyment, and all other things that it has to offer?
Has anyone got any place in mind on planet earth with all these lavishes packed at one place?
I don’t think you need to go that much far to search a competitor of Dubai. Abu Dhabi I guess is the true competitor of Dubai. It has all that to offer which one can get from Dubai. Luxury, Travel, Tourism and Business one gets everything from it.
Apart from Abu Dhabi I think Egypt is also an attractive place for real estate investment because Laws over there are quite flexible.
I don't think so we are in need of finding competitors for Dubai Real estate so soon, as Dubai Real Estate has not become hopeless for experts yet. There are many construction projects that are "on" again, investors are eagerly investing back in Dubai and you can hardly find tax free economy somewhere else.
And as far as competition matters, Abu Dhabi can be the real competitor for Dubai in terms of luxury, freedom, tax and enjoyment.
Yet there is no competitor who provides this type of offer because Dubai real estate is feeding a special dynamic supply in UAE economy. Dubai real estate sector has matured rapidly. Some signs of a healthy and mature real estate market are stability in property prices, increased transparency in real estate laws, protection of investor's rights and greater competition among developers. I don't think there is any place like Dubai on this planet.
